She didn't just touch on key concepts like commitment, mindset, accountability, and discipline; she dove deep into the powerful impact of the ego and how it can stand in the way of our true potential. Her insights on ego were eye-opening and transformative for many of my players.

The presentation was excellent with very relatable content. I appreciated how you interacted with the girls with games that were specific to your presentation. I cannot recommend Ashley's presentation highly enough for our middle school girls' basketball team!
